Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards through Google Checkout. You will have to sign up for a Google account to checkout, but this has a couple of advantages: 1) It is more secure because the vendor you are buying from never has access to your payment information, and 2) many major online sellers (including Buy.com) now accept Google Checkout so instead of signing up for separate accounts on every web site, you can always use your Google Checkout account to pay.
Do you accept payment via PayPal?
No, we do not currently accept PayPal payments. However, we are very interested to know if having the option to pay via PayPal would make you more likely to purchase. Please drop us a line using the Contact Us link on the left navigation menu.
How are you able to sell these Macs so cheaply?
Our business model is based on moving lots of computers quickly. This means that we price them low and accept a low profit margin. We get our supply from various places. In particular, we have a purchase program.
How long will it take for my computer to arrive?
Shipping is via FedEx Ground. Shipments to the East Coast take 3 business days on average, while shipments to the West Coast generally take 4 to 6 business days. FedEx delivers to almost any location in the continental United States within one week.
What if I don't like the computer I buy from you?
You can request a return on an item within 21 days of having received that item, no questions asked, provided that you have not damaged it in any way. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item using an insured method of shipping. Please read our full return policy for more details.
What if the computer is DOA?
If the computer is dead on arrival, you can return it for a full refund or a replacement product, your choice. You should immediately place the computer back in its original packaging and email Bunch of Macs within 48 hours of receiving the computer. The computer cannot be damaged as a result of something you did: spilling liquids, etc.. Once the computer is received we will also refund your shipping cost to return the computer, not to exceed the amount it originally cost us to ship it.
