Return Policy
To return an item you must send an email requesting a return within 14 days (2 weeks) of receipt of the item. No questions asked. However, you cannot return an item that has been damaged due to your own negligence.If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace the item with an identical item or issue a refund, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued once the item is returned. All of our shipments are insured.
If you bought a new computer (we offer them occassionally) and have broken the seal on the box, there will be an 10% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for used computers.
